Nate Smith Horse Training holds group and individual events at their ranch in Thornton, Washington and also at various locations throughout the Northwest. Upcoming events are the Kaniksu Cutting Club shows and S.H.O.W. series. Please contact him at 509-592-7944 for more information.
Training:Nate trains just about every age, breed, and discipline of horse. His specialities are colt starting, cutting, working cow, western riding, reining, and horses with issues. Throughout the summer, Nate will be doing cutting and horsemanship clinics.
Nutrition:
Nate is available for private consultation and group presentation on equine nutrition and exercise physiology. He visits ranches, stables, and private barns to discuss feed and exercise programs.
Fees:
Training - $700 per month includes board, feed, and two lessons per month for the owner. All other costs (farrier, vet, etc.) are the responsiblity of horse owner.
Lessons at Nate's ranch are $50 per person.
Offsite lessons are $75 per person.
